Palworld – How to Beat The Top Towers on Normal World Settings (Legit / No Cheesing)

How to Beat

I had a hard time finding the best information on beating the tower bosses under normal settings (no world setting adjustments), but for anyone wanting to save time, here is how I did it and the most effective way in my opinion. Don’t read on if you don’t want spoilers.

For the first 3 towers, you can beat them relatively easily with pal damage if you are high enough level, but for the last two, even with level 50 legendary pals that have combat advantages it can be hard to kill them fast enough. You may not die, but you probably don’t do enough damage to beat them in the time limit.

The easiest way is to take advantage of pals that change your damage type and give you a x% boost to damage.

Against the Faleris tower, you want Azurobe which makes your attacks water (just hold right-click when mounted to use your own weapons). I got mine to 3-star (water-type damage +80% damage) with a Vangard passive and then use the legendary pump-action shotgun from Suzaku Alpha Pal boss drop or the rocket launcher. A rocket launcher with my Azurobe did ~9,000 damage. So it took about 20 rockets with a reload time of ~6 seconds. I could kill the tower boss in about 4 minutes. Other passives on Azurobe that help are legend, burly body, and movement speed buffs. These make it so if you take a hit your mount doesn’t die and give you the speed to avoid the attacks altogether. Your mount doesn’t really need damage since you are doing the damage. Additionally I used pal souls to buff my mount’s defense and max health. The shotgun does a lot of damage, but is riskier since you have to get closer than with the rocket launcher. I just had the uncommon rocket launcher and that worked fine.

For the final tower, I did the same thing, but with Chillet which applies dragon type damage which is super-effective against shadowbeak. You will need more rockets for more health and defense, but still easily manageable. I would bring at least 40 rockets. Having a Jetragon to take aggro in case you get hurt helps.

Good luck out there to those playing on normal settings!

  1. gorirat goes burrrrrrrrrrrr, with 4.1k attack (with 20% atk food buff and gorilla mode active), i change her attacks to whatever the enemy is weak to and she just lets loose.

i kill faleris tower in less then 3 mins. could get a bit more damage from 5 staring the 3 cremis i use and adding a 4th cremis to the party. this would give ~14% more damage, too much work imo.

i use pump-action shotgun (normal one) while fighting as i haven’t found a better recipe for one yet.

point is pal damage is completely fine, not sure why you think a pal team can’t finish the towers in time.
