I would like to point out a couple of things to new players.
Tips for New Players
Don’t shoot anything that moves, so don’t shoot the first zombie or blow up the first Meathead. The idea of the game is to move quietly, at least at the beginning. If you are a KDA5 guy after 1000 hours, the situation can be different. So move quietly – a knife or duster will do the trick.
Move in a group – think about what others are doing and when the shooting starts – don’t go into hiding or leave others without your support. Sneaking 100m away doesn’t help anyone in the end result. But don’t rush into the enemy’s arms either, as no points are awarded for heroism.
Use the marker EVERY time you see or hear an enemy. No one reads your thoughts and it always helps the team move forward. Remember to ping.
Most important – don’t be a conceited piece of ****. Do not immediately run to the exit or run away when the situation arises. Act smart and retreat if necessary. It’s not about you, it’s about everyone as a team.
