All you have to do is get the check mark then socialize.

All you need to do is pass the check mark and then socialize as you progress things will get easier and faster to the point where you don’t even need all the time to get 100%.

You just can’t get it right away you have to get to at least the second stage and by the way being a cop kind of sucks I’ve already completed it.

You’re going to feel like garbage when you’re done with that playthrough.

You cannot run the gym and be a cop.

My personal opinion that gym equipment is better than the cop crap.
