How to Fix Dungeon
Many seem to have similar problem when they do not complete the Craft Infusion -> Get Lotus parts of the quest chain in the first Forest delve.
After those quests are done you should get quests for Herbarium and Astrolabe.
This seemed to solve it previously for some, backtrack the quests if you have not completed them to prove yourself and the sites of power should open up.
If you already have the lotus, just but it in a box and move back to inventory to complete seemed to work for folks. Hope it helps!
Note: If you’ve done the quests to the point, the site of power will be in your Abeyance (respite /home realm).
To enter the gear score and the hope score (estate building amount) will be determining factors. Might try that. But the quest progress to that point with gear level and building some should work out.
I realised why I was getting confused on this one. I have the mission to find nelly in a herbarium desert, so my brain tells me I need herbarium card. But what I actually had to do was unlock the provisioner and astrolabe I think. Having both crosswired something in my brain
