So, I found a way to disable blur and film grain.

Guide to Disable Blur and Film Grain

How-To

  • Go to:
    • C:\Users\”YourUserName”\AppData\Local\MK12\Saved\Steam\Config\WindowsNoEditor
  • Locate the GameUserSettings.ini file.
  • Open with notepad and found this config
sg.PostProcessQuality=3
  • Set number 3 to zero.
  • Save.

When you open your game you will no longer have that film grain.

An extra tip

Set AA to DLAA or, if you prefer, set Upscale to whatever you prefer to set the sharpness.
