How to Read the Map

This is what you do:

The map shows where you go in and out of each area. For the first area on the map, you can only see the plant. You go into the forest and leave that area where the plant is. The next area on the map shows that you came in where the flower is and need to leave where the mushroom is.

So I choose the way where the mushroom is. Keep following that scheme until you reach the tree.
