Darkwood – Small Ruin Door Blocked

How to Get In?

The Problem

I was exploring and came upon a small ruin I am able to open up the door but it doesn’t do anything I can’t get it to budget. I tried Hitting it with my axe and even blowing it up.

The Solution

There are a couple of locations like this (in the swamp), ruined buildings that have metal door entrances which cannot be destroyed. However, the objects that are blocking these doors (on the inside of the building) are destructible.. so it is basically a ‘puzzle’ location..

If you study the layout of these buildings you can figure out how to cause a fire (or explosion) within the building in order to gain entry to it, there are many ways to do it (in attempting to solve this through trial & error you will learn how to aim gas tanks, how to ignite gasoline, etc.).
