Where to Get Fin Gleam (Overpowered Starting Helmet)

How to get the Fin Gleam helmet early in the game. It has three helpful magical effects.

Finding Fin Gleam:

• Right after you leave the Imperial Sewers, you can fast travel. Choose to go to the Anvil Stables.
• Once you arrive at the stables, go directly west until you see an island out in the water. Swim to it.

• Stand on the island and face west. You’ll see rocks going down into the water. Look down this path of rocks. (You can also use a distant statue to the right for alignment; keep it just out of your sight.)

• Go down the rocks and swim straight down into the water. Keep looking slightly to your left as you swim deeper.

• You will find the green Fin Gleam helmet near a skeleton on the seabed.
