Robots Explanation
They work like population (so they provide control to a region and they raise the building limit in the city. Their particularity is they do not provide any support.
This can be useful in the case where you have buildings providing negative adjacency support (some industrial and power buildings).
This will be more involved in the mid-game with terraforming as some region might not be very hospitable but you still want to develop them without having a support hit.
