If you have a ritual ingredient just walk up to an altar and you should have a new button pop up right above your skills.
I’m not sure if it requires any random ritual ingredient or if you have to get the right one, but i got it right my first time… as an accident… turns out summoning the dwarven God of angrily stomping around right after exhausting myself by commiting war crimes against his dwarf fortress is a bad idea and he killed me in 3 hits.
