Tbh the best thing you can do is grind world events with emmisary reapers.
Yeah you put yourself on the map and you might get hunted however this way you have consistent loot to sell once reaching emmisary 5.
Alternatively you can stack and if your combat is good enough even fend off the other “friendly sea-users” and have a nitpick at their loot.
But in all honesty getting reaper 75 is a grind these days, So prepare for a lot of sailling.
If your good at pvp or somewhat good rise flag then do pvp and if you get level 5 and you drop it you get rep if you dont sink.
