How to Prepare
There’s a room with some ghosts that respawn after a few seconds. You should grind there until level 14, when you’ll learn Deepest Dark (petrify chance).
The Battle
For the battle itself, just position Oboro to the right and the prisoner below the boss, but within healing distance of each other.
Use Deepest Dark until he dies. If the boss begins to charge, use Watersprout to turn him around.
