Note: Crime Scene (M16) events spawn after 20-25 minutes in a lobby.

How to Unlock the M16 in GTA Online

You need to gather five different weapon parts before you can unlock the rifle.

• Barrel
• Magazine
• Receiver
• Scope
• Sights

One of the game’s 10 potential crime scene sites is where you can locate them.
